R SDisc, automated subtyping methodology
R SDisc is an automated subtyping methodology designed to facilitate the search for homogeneous subtypes in clinical studies.
While clinical studies describe the severity of the disease for the patients under a set of clinical symptoms, R SDisc implements a sequence of steps, including statistical methods, to prepare the data, model for clusters, select the best models, characterize and validate, both visually and statistically, the discovered sub-groups.
