This project contains software program and datasets developed by NBIC members working in ​the Next Generation Sequencing task force. For NGS tools and pipelines built in NBIC Galaxy, please check ​galaxytools project.

Mailing lists

This project provides the following mailing lists.

• ​ngstools-users: a list intended for general discussion on the project.
• ​ngstools-commits: a list that receives source code commit messages.
• ​ngstools-devel: a list intended for discussion among developers (subscription is restricted to registered developers).

If available, anonymous readonly subversion access works as follows:

Write access is only available to registered developers.

You can become a developer by ​registering yourself if you haven't already done so, and requesting write access on the ​ngstools-users mailing list.
