Welcome to project interoperability
This is a project that was set up to enable communications between the members of the Interoperability Task Force in BioAssist. The ITF is a platform for researchers and developers in the Netherlands Bioinformatics Community who are interested in collaborating on issues related to the interoperability of data and software.
Face to face meetings
About every month we organise a face-to-face in Utrecht, before the BioAssist programmers face-to-face. See here for the schedule of these meetings and the location.
See here for a list of topics that we intend to discuss in one our meetings. Feel free to suggest meetings, for instance via our mailing lists.
Mailing lists
This project provides the following mailing lists.
Project lists
- interoperability-users: a list intended for general discussion on the project
- interoperability-commits: a list that receives commit messages
- interoperability-devel: a list intended for discussion among developers (subscription is restricted to registered developers)
- interoperability-interest: general interest mailing list
Source access
Currently, this project does not share any code, but this may change in the future. In that case, subversion access will work as follows:
svn co https://trac.nbic.nl/svn/interoperability interoperability
Write access is only available to registered developers.
You can become a developer by registering yourself if you haven't already done so, and requesting write access on the interoperability-users mailing list.
Other NBIC software projects
Many other NBIC software development projects can be accessed from the project index.
