GSCF is an open source project in which a number of universities, companies and academic consortia participate. Most notably NuGO (The European Nutrigenomics Organization), NMC (Netherlands Metabolomics Centre) and of course NBIC (Netherlands Bioinformatics Centre) which hosts the project.
