Better support for large data files in gdtimporter

Reported by: business@… Owned by: t.w.abma@…

Description

* Add a checkbox in the mapping step of the gdtimporter, which says 'Show editable table before importing' and which is checked by default if nrows > 50. If nrows > 300 and people check this box, display a warning saying 'You are importing a large number of rows, using this function might render the import wizard unresponsive'.

* Update the validation step to show just the list of errors instead of the table with the errors marked red, if the above mentioned checkbox was checked. Also include a small preview of the first ten rows, showing how they will be imported (these do not have to be editable, can use just a datatable).

Implemented in gdtImporter version 0.4.6.4, currently shows the data as it would be imported in the JS-datatables preview and invalid cells are colored red. Just like in the table editor there is still the popup giving you warnings which cells are invalid. One disadvantage if there are invalid cells: users cannot change anything and they have to switch back to Excel to change the values and go through the import wizard again.
