Description

Currently on ci samplenames include sampletissue template name if this is filled in in sampling event.
For example in study pps3:

16_HarvestOrgan_10%fatControl4Week_4wRatTissueSample

However, in my study sample template is not unique, furthermore the fields 'organ' and 'cells' are not unique either, but 'tissue' is.

Can you check which of these fields (to specify what kind of sample) is unique and add that to the samplename?

What I want, for example, is data from tissue field (see study pps3 on ci):

16_HarvestOrgan_10%fatControl4Week_4wProximal
16_HarvestOrgan_10%fatControl4Week_4wMiddle
16_HarvestOrgan_10%fatControl4Week_4wDistal

walk through samplingEvent fields, cut of at 220 chars?

Exactly, and then find for uniqueness to create name.

I have more studies where sampletemplate can be tissue, and then 3 unique organs, or tissues.

-Either we create a long list of sampletemplates (like we have now on test.dbnp.org: liver, fat, skeletal muscle)
-Or we specify sampletemplate Tissue with unique Organ/Tissue? field

Somehow also related to #408
