As a blueprint for the controller you can either use 'Export Assay Data' or 'Advanced Query' (output choice: Sample) controllers.

* Select study & assay
* Get data of that assay from assay module
* Export metadata + assay data as tab delimited file and send to Galaxy

Run Galaxy locally: defaults write com.apple.versioner.python Version 2.5
