Pressing enter key in Events step of wizard erases groups

Description

I had a case where someone was entering studies and at random Event Groups seemed to disappear. But we finally found the problem:
If you are inside a group name box (e.g. Group 1 by default) in the Event step of the study create/edit wizard, and you press Enter, apparently the delete of that Event Group is invoked. This is something the user does not expect...
Actually a better result of Enter would be to update the Event Group names in the other event lists as well (if you have multiple events with different templates), just like Enter in a RELTIME field updates the description of the relative time.

Also, if after that delete, you re-add the Event Group (or at least a group with the same name), you get an error:

Though problem of this ticket (pressing enter deletes newly created group) is not present, newly created group cannot be renamed. Also field with group 1 is not editable.

Oops, Janneke, you are right. I was ignoring _every_ keypress and not just enter, so you couldn't type inside the text box anymore :) Resolved it by only ignoring the enter key and allowing every other keypress from withing the eventGroup name input elements.
