Description

0. Make sure in Bootstrap.groovy that in the test environment no bootstrapping of the database is done.

1. The integration tests gscf.* all expect BootstrapTemplates? .initTemplateOntologies and .initTemplates() to be called, so call these methods in the test setup

2. The integration test SampleSearchTests? expect both BootstrapTemplates? and BootstrapStudies? methods to be called. Also call them in test setup

I've moved the bootstrap classes to package dbnp.configuration, since classes in the default package can't be imported:  http://stackoverflow.com/questions/2193226/how-to-import-a-class-from-default-package

The SampleSearchTests? have been adjusted to load the bootstrap methods itself. This doesn't function properly yet. Would you take a look at it yourself?

Kees' change in r1523 has reverted the bootstrap change (from r1520), which will still be needed. You might take a look at both changes

r1520 doesn't seem to have any bootstrap changes?

Because bootstrapping at the beginning of each test slows down total testing time enormously, we retain the test data in the bootstrap.
See BootStrap?.groovy for comments on what is run in which environment.
