Template editor can't be opened from importer wizard

Description

When I go to the importer wizard on the ci-instance ( http://ci.gscf.nmcdsp.org/gscf-0.6.1-ci/importer/index), when I have selected an entity I want to add a new template for that entity. However, when I open the template editor using the add/modify option, the template editor gives a 404 error (apparently the URL is incorrect). See screenshot

The importer is currently being refactored... assigning to Tjeerd to have a look into while refactoring...

Template editor should be available again in the popup now.

I can see the template editor now. However, when I add a new template and choose 'OK', the form refreshes and all my input is lost. I'd expect that my data would remain the same, but only the select-box would reload.

Works. Tested here and pressing "next" or selecting "Add..."-template, triggers a refresh action and all form data is remembered after reloading.
