After creation of new contacts study create wizard cannot continue

During creation of a new study, I wanted to add two contacts. Because they did not yet exist, so I created two new persons.

However, after creating the contacts, the return to the study creation wizard resulted in two GSCF frames inside eachother and previously filled in results were not visible. As no fields or buttons were visible I could not save or go back or continue so I had to abandon the creation wizard and lost filled in fields.

The two persons seem to have been created, so I could create a new study.
After adding them, I was able to create a new person and could return to creation wizard without problems.

Apparently, this problem does not occur always. I'll try to recreate the error.

I am currently unable to recreate the error. I will close it and reopen if it occurs again.
