Human intervention template lacks add/modify for (sampling)events

In the human intervention template it is not possible to add/modify event templates and sampling event templates. Add/modify simply does not show up in the stringlist in which you can choose the kind of (sampling) event you want to add. Because of this a lot of events for the human studies cannot be created.

IE 7, Windows XP

This probably does not depend on the Study template like you suggest.
But is still is true that in some studies, on IE 7, add/modify of Event templates doesn't show up in the Events step.
So we have to investigate this.

A workaround is to go to a study where the add/modify does show up and modify the templates there. The Event templates are everywhere the same and do not depend on the Study template.

It's a JavaScript? error and I reproduced it, see below for error message.
I used the study named 'add/modify'.

Resolved in SVN #709: JavaScript? error under IE (css property display did not exist, change into hide() instead)
