previous commit broke jquery. We use the jquery plugin which is now at 1.4, while the repo now has been manually commited to 1.3.2. (also see application.properties)
deleted manually committed jquery code
moved tm.js out of the jquery folder as it should not be in there (this folder is maintained by jquery itself)
NOTE: please use more descriptive names, tm does not say much.... timeManagement.js actually is readable...
