This project contains Galaxy tools developed by various research groups in the BioAssist platforms.
Please see the README file included with the source code for instructions on how to:
- Install these tools in a Galaxy server.
- Add your own tools to this collection.
If you want to give these tools a try without installing them in a local Galaxy server first, you can visit the NBIC Galaxy development server.
(Most of the tools from this collection should be installed there, but be aware that the versions installed on the development Galaxy server are not necessarily always 100% in sync with the code in this repository.)
If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact the project admins via the galaxytools-devel mailinglist (see below).
This project provides the following mailing lists.
- galaxytools-users: a list intended for general discussion on the project.
- galaxytools-commits: a list that receives source code commit messages.
- galaxytools-devel: a list intended for discussion among developers (subscription is restricted to registered developers).
Anonymous readonly subversion access works as follows:
svn co https://trac.nbic.nl/svn/galaxytools galaxytools
Write access is only available to registered developers.
