synchronization SAM and GSCF should be optimalized
|Reported by:||janneke@…||Owned by:||taco@…|
SAM doesn't delete sampletokens from samples that are deleted in GSCF.
This is a problem, when new samples are created in GSCF on the same timepoint. Since existing sampletokens in SAM have the same timepoint/or samplename, SAM cannot update it's samplelist with the new samples.
Today I encountered this, with ppsh study on studies.dbnp.org: 4 samples of urineafterfasting_3w_1 already existed (I think from samplecreation previously). And newly created samples from GSCF (also starttime 3w) could not be seen in SAM.
Only when I deleted the assay from the SAM database, samples were freshly retrieved from GSCF, and the problem was solved.
*I should expect, when samples are deleted from the assay in GSCF, the linked module should sync with GSCF in this.
